Bracelets can be wiped with a cloth but should not be washed with soap and water. Not all gemstones are meant to be submerged in water.

No worries, bracelets can be returned to me for re-sizing. I will re-string it for free. All that you will need to do is cover the shipping to send it to me and for me to return back to you. There is a listing specifically for these instances. Kindly wait for my instructions to purchase the listing for re-sizing. This may only be purchased once the bracelet is back in my possession. Talk about above and beyond customer service! I was so excited when my package arrived - then I opened it to find the bracelet had come apart 😣 I emailed Lisa to let her know and she sent a replacement bracelet and also issued a partial refund..was not expecting that.
