This beautiful 4mm anxiety and stress relief mala was designed to support and calm you through uncertain times. Measure your wrists snugly and add .5 inches for comfort. Bracelet size = your wrist size + .5 inches. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a string or paper to wrap around your wrist then compare to a ruler.
If you are an "in-between" size, please let me know in the "note to seller" section and I will adjust sizing accordingly.
Bracelets can be wiped with a cloth but should not be washed with soap and water. Not all gemstones are meant to be submerged in water.

No worries, bracelets can be returned to me for re-sizing. I will re-string it for free. All that you will need to do is cover the shipping to send it to me and for me to return back to you. There is a listing specifically for these instances. Kindly wait for my instructions to purchase the listing for re-sizing. This may only be purchased once the bracelet is back in my possession.
